Prior to that, he was as the CEO of Healthrays Alliance of Cleveland for 5 years and a Vice President for a healthcare company in Pennsylvania (6 years).
ASSOCIATIONS / LEADERSHIP: He is active in the North East Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters where he serves on the Legislative Committee as Vice Chair. He is also active in the Society of Human Resources Professionals. Dave is a well-known speaker in the area of healthcare reform and the free market.
EDUCATION: He received his Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Ohio State University, and his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Calvin College. He achieved the status of Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
